Accreditation and Mission Fulfillment
A Culture of Continual Improvement
Snow College is committed to building and sustaining a culture of assessment and evidence-based institutional decision-making to foster student achievement and to enable the institution to fulfill its mission. This work is guided by broad and ongoing assessment cycles. These provide evidence for key institutional performance metrics, which are tied to core themes found in the college's mission statement and other governing statements. Institutional Accreditation
Snow College is accredited by the Northwest Commission of Colleges and Universities (NWCCU). As an accredited institution, Snow College is required to examine its mission, goals, operations, and achievements. On a seven year cycle, Snow College is provided analysis by peer evaluators, and, later, commendations for accomplishments and recommendations for improvement. Snow College is fully committed to meeting the accreditation standards of the Northwest Commission.
