Marci Larsen
Chief of Staff

Marci P. Larsen serves as Chief of Staff at Snow College, where she works on a wide range of projects that support the college and the people it serves. Her responsibilities include executive communication, board and community relations, strategic initiatives, institutional events, and special projects. She especially enjoys working with students and others, bringing people together, finding solutions, and helping wherever she can.

Growing up in the then-small town of Midway, Utah, and graduating from Wasatch High School, Marci wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from college. She is grateful for what she found at Snow—a place where she could get involved, know faculty and staff by name, and find opportunities that helped her recognize her own potential. The connection to Snow that began as a student ambassador eventually brought her back to the college professionally.

Over the years, Marci has had the opportunity to work closely with several Snow College presidents, as well as students, employees, trustees, community leaders, and others who care about Snow and rural Utah. She values relationships and believes some of the best work happens when people feel heard, appreciated, and connected to a shared purpose.

After attending Snow, Marci earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Utah State University. She and her husband, Karl, have made Ephraim their home, where they are raising their family surrounded by people and places they love.
