Media Request Form

This form will help us know what type of media you would like help making. The Teaching and Learning Center can help with introduction videos, editing lectures, providing captions, virtual tours, instructional photography, animations, and PDF creations. For questions about media requests, contact the Teaching and Learning Center Media team (435-283-7339).

Online Excellence Course

This form will allow you to enroll in the Snow College Online Excellence Course. This asynchronous course hosted through Canvas will introduce instructors to some of the qualities of designing an online course and teaching in an online environment. Topics for this course will include: basic Canvas tools, what online teaching looks like, designing an outcomes-based course, establishing a social presence, providing academic feedback, and making your course accessible. DesignPLUS Certificate Stipend

This form allows you to submit the work for either the DesignPLUS Basics or DesignPLUS Intermediate stipends. Before you complete your either training​, you must have a good sense of the Rich Content Editor found in Canvas. You should also have a good understanding of Assignments, Quizzes, and Discussion Boards. If you would like help with understanding how to use Canvas more effectively, please reach out to the Teaching and Learning Center at 435-283-7341 or tlc@snow.edu.
