I had the wonderful privilege of growing up right here in Ephraim Utah. As a child, I wandered the campus of Snow College, looking at the two headed lamb in the science building, attending basketball and football games with my father and being raised as a ferocious Badger fan. So, for me it is a great honor to be able to teach the students at Snow, the subject that is dear to my heart-Mathematics.
After graduating from Snow College, my husband and I attended Utah State University, where I received my bachelor's degree. After a couple of years of living in Utah we made the journey to California and spent the next 25 years raising our family of 5 amazing children and teaching in the schools of California.
With one child still at home, we made the decision to return to Utah where I was given the privilege to work at Snow College as a adjunct math teacher. Who knew that this would be the best job I have ever had. Teaching and mentoring the students at Snow College has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more wonderful students and experiences.
In my spare time you can find me watching my youngest play soccer or perform on the stage, build something from wood, read a book, or play with my eight, oh so fun, grandchildren.
