The Snow College Student Success Advisors are preparing for what is shaping up to be their busiest season yet. In a move toward a model in which every student would receive academic advising, the school sent out letters to almost 5,000 newly admitted students encouraging them to schedule an appointment with their student success advisor prior to the opening of fall class registration.
Snow College is pleased to announce the addition of a cross country program for both men and women as well as a junior varsity football program beginning Fall of 2024.
Leaders, trustees, faculty, friends, and students of Snow College gathered in the Capitol Rotunda today to present Snow Day on the Hill. This annual tradition provides the school the opportunity to both thank the Utah Legislature and also to demonstrate the excellent work being done at Snow College.
Snow College students were pleased to represent The Horne School of Music at this years Utah Music Educators Association Conference. Both the Cadence Chamber Choir and also the Wind Symphony were invited to perform during the two-day event, held in St. George, Utah.
The Snow College Humanities Division has developed a new lecture series designed to connect students, faculty, and the community with the humanities in the world around them. The series provides an opportunity to gather regularly outside of class to share humanities-based research and engage in discussion about humanities topics of interest.
Snow College proudly recognized the accomplishments of its latest nursing graduates in the annual Nursing Pinning Ceremony, held in the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield on December 11, 2023.
