Get Your Badger ID Card

Use your BadgerID to access the following:

  • Activity Center
  • Campus Events & Activities
  • On-Campus Housing (if eligible)
  • Cafe meal plan (if eligible)
  • Library
  • Tutoring Sessions
BadgerID Card
  • First Card Issued: NO FEE
  • Reissued Card(s): $10

1. Take a selfie or upload a recent photo

  • Background must be light-colored (preferably white/tan)
  • Face camera with full face in view
  • Image must be clear and devoid of filters
  • No hats, sunglasses, hand signs, masks

2. Upload Photo 

3. Pick up your BadgerID card

  • Card will be ready within 1-2 business days
  • Pick up in Ephraim:
    • Greenwood Student Center
    • 2nd Floor
    • Registration Window
    • Must bring a government-issued photo ID in order to pick up your BadgerID
  • Pick up in Richfield:
    • Admin Building
    • Student Success Center
    • Room 107
    • Must bring a government-issued photo ID in order to pick up your BadgerID
